Dear Flat Shoals Elementary Community,
I extend warm greetings to each of you as the newly appointed principal of Flat Shoals Elementary. It is with great enthusiasm that I step into this role, bringing with me 14 years of diverse experience in the field of education.
Throughout my career, I have served in various capacities including as a paraprofessional, special education teacher, behavior specialist, instructional support specialist, and most recently as an assistant principal. Each role has equipped me with invaluable insights and a deep understanding of the intricacies of education.
As a proponent of servant leadership, I am committed to serving our community with humility and dedication. My passion lies in fostering a nurturing environment where every student can thrive academically and personally. I firmly believe that student achievement is paramount, and I am dedicated to driving results through effective leadership and collaboration.
Flat Shoals Elementary will be a place characterized by high energy and high expectations. Together, we will cultivate a culture of excellence where students are empowered to reach their fullest potential.
